Team Building Activity: Team Dumpling-Making Duel
Treat your team to a team building activity filled with excitement and lots of chef-aprroved dumplings! In this fun event, Chef Julie will teach everyone the authentic methods for making dumplings from scratch, starting with how to make the dough. She'll give suggestions for fillings and demonstrate the art of properly folding dumplings.
After everyone knows the basics, the team will split into groups to compete! This fun competition will let group leaders, team players and creative minds shine as every group comes up with their own unique dumpling creation using the various fillings provided. In the end, teams will be judged on their innovation and the plating and taste of their dumplings. It's a fun time for all and everyone will enjoy a flavorful feast!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
