Challenge your team to some fiesta fun in this unique team building activity. Chef Rebecca will teach your team the tools of the trade as they learn an expert's methods and recipes for the perfect guacamole and salsa. Once they've got the basics down, everyone will split into teams and compete for salsa bragging rights!
Using a vast array of mix-in ingredients, teams will get creative and see who can make the best guacamole and salsa in the room. With options like blue cheese, pomegranate seeds, habanero peppers, corn and pumpkin seeds, there's plenty of room for creativity! Teams will be judged on the creativity of their dips, and the overall presentation and taste. It's a fun way to get teams working together, thinking innovatively and having a good time!
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
