With the expert guidance of Chef Vivian and Chef Michi, your culinary crew will discover the secrets of preparing perfect hand-made pasta using a simple combination of fresh ingredients.
When the lesson is done, the real fun begins! Everyone will split into groups and put their heads together to come up with their own unique pasta dish — from shaping the dough to making a sauce and choosing various mix-in ingredients. Dishes will be judged based on creativity, plating and overall taste.

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
