Team Building Activity: Decorative Sushi Art Challenge

Bring your team together with a creative Japanese sushi-making challenge.

A talented instructor will introduce your group to kazari maki-zushi, a decorative sushi technique that reveals intricate pictures when each roll is sliced. You'll learn traditional saiku and futomaki methods while carefully layering ingredients to create flower and character designs. No previous sushi-making experience is required and all equipment is provided. The experience culminates in the exciting reveal as your team slices open each roll to uncover the hidden patterns before sitting down together to enjoy your handmade sushi.
