Chef Jordan will guide you and your group through an unforgettable food experience. Begin with pasta making from scratch as you all learn the timeless art of creating a simple yet elegant appetizer of Caprese salad with fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella. Next, your team dives into the art of fresh pasta as you cultivate a fettucine dish paired with homemade marinara. No Italian feast is complete without a sweet treat, and you'll all enjoy vanilla panna cotta paired with a delicate strawberry sauce.
Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This was one of our bachelor party activity ideas and we had a blast! Chef Jordan was very hospitable when we he had us at his home. The food organized and ready to go upon arrival. It was a casual yet informative event, where we had a mixture of different hands-on activities. Such as massaging ingredients into the steak, slicing potatoes for french fries, or one of our favorites, caramelizing apple slices for ice cream. Jordan was very informative and kind when it came to teaching us which was a huge part of our positive experience. We also took some extra food to go home too which was a plus. Overall the group loved it and highly recommend this, especially if you cook or plan to cook more at home, a lot of valuable takeaways.

We took our granddaughter on a little trip and one of our excursions was this cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Jordan was very encouraging, and the pasta, garlic toast, and cobbler we made were all delicious. I would heartily recommend it!

Jordan was awesome - my 11-year old daughter and I had a great time making pasta and sauce from scratch. Well worth it!
