This class includes tips about kitchen safety, classic cooking techniques and inspiration from local flavors. The group will collaborate to prepare goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, sear flaky cod saffron and create a bright cream sauce. Use your culinary skills to prepare a traditional Spanish seafood paella, and top your meal off with a port affogato.
