⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing In-Home Cooking Class – Perfect for Kids! We recently had Chef Joseh come to our home for a private cooking class with a friends 11-year-old son, Parker, and it was an absolute no highlight of the year. Parker has been curious about cooking for a while, so we surprised him with this hands-on session (not tied to a birthday, just a special treat), and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve given him. Chef Joseph was outstanding with Parker—patient, enthusiastic, and wonderfully skilled at teaching children. They immediately made Parker feel like a true chef-in-training, explaining techniques in a clear, fun way that was perfectly suited to an 11-year-old. Parker got to do so much himself: chopping vegetables with safe tools, measuring ingredients, stirring sauces, seasoning dishes, and even plating everything beautifully. The chef encouraged every question, cheered his successes, and offered gentle guidance whenever needed, all with a warm and supportive attitude. It was clear they genuinely enjoy working with kids and know exactly how to keep them engaged and confident in the kitchen. We ended the session with a delicious meal that the whole family enjoyed, but the real magic was seeing Parker’s pride and excitement. He’s been recreating parts of the lesson at home ever since and can’t stop talking about what he learned. If you’re looking for a memorable, educational, and fun activity for a curious young cook like Parker, I can’t recommend this in-home class enough. Chef Joesph made it an unforgettable experience. I was always interested in Paleo but kind of afraid to venture forth on my own but Chef Joseph's class made me feel so much more confident and ready to try it. He is so clear and so knowledgeable and he just made it all fun and easy. The food was delicious and easy to prepare and I left the class with all kinds of tricks and tips for creating heathy meals.
