Team Building Activity: Italian Feast From the Heart
Bond with your team over preparing a delicious meal in this hands-on team building activity!
First, you'll make savory olive oil crostini. Top crunchy bread with peppery arugula, creamy burrata cheese and salty prosciutto di Parma. Next, Chef Tiffany will teach you the time-honored technique for making gnocchi from scratch. Knead and shape the dough into pillowy-soft potato dumplings. And, as the gnocchi boils, make your choice of sauce. You'll learn how to make either a creamy tomato vodka sauce or a fresh basil and pine nut pesto to pair with the gnocchi. You'll also learn how to make tender chicken, cooked with mushrooms and garlic-sautéed spinach to make a chicken marsala. Finally, end with a decadent tiramisu to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chef Tiffany arrived on time with all the supplies and materials she would need. She did an excellent job explaining what we were going to make, and how we were going to make it. She patiently answered all of our questions. Also very personable and a pleasure to work with. Very memorable experience. We would love to have her back again soon đź’•

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
