Your group will learn how to make California and tuna rolls from scratch with various mix-in ingredients for a personalized touch. Along the way, pick up useful cooking skills like how to season rice, slice fresh ingredients and roll sushi to perfection. But the real excitement begins once the teams are formed and the sushi showdown kicks off. Armed with your new knowledge, you and your group will get creative, crafting your own signature sushi rolls in a race for the title of sushi champions. Each team's creations will be judged based on taste, presentation and originality, with the winning team earning well-deserved bragging rights.

I had a wonderful time with Chef Luna! It was originally planned as a date day with my husband, but he had to go out of town unexpectedly, so I brought my mom instead. We had such a great time. The venue was clean, the experience was fun, and everything was well done. I would definitely do this again!
