Team Building Activity: The Great Team Pasta-Off With Chef Juwanza
Try your hand at crafting homemade pasta in this fun team building activity.
Start by learning the basics of making pasta dough with flour, eggs and olive oil, plus the technique to knead the dough, roll it out and shape it into your choice of pasta. Learn the secrets to creating an authentic marinara sauce with crushed tomatoes seasoned with basil and oregano and a creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese. Then, jump into the cooking competition by breaking into teams to make the best pasta dish. Use various mix-ins, including chicken, sausage, mushrooms, spinach and more, to elevate your dish. Crown a winner and compete for bragging rights before enjoying your creations together!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Pasta Dough
