Enjoy good food and a little friendly competition in this fun team building activity with Chef Sean!
Begin the class by learning how to make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Chef Sean will teach you the techniques to knead the dough and shape it into pasta. You'll also learn how to make a classic marinara sauce with crushed tomatoes and seasoned with basil and oregano, as well as a creamy Alfredo sauce made with fresh Parmesan cheese. Once you've learned the basics, it's time to start the competition. Break into teams and make a pasta creation with your choice of mix-ins, including options like sausage, shrimp, mushrooms and more. Crown the winner for the most innovative and delicious dish and end with a feast!

Based on the write up, I would have thought each person would have been making pasta on our own, but that wasn’t the case. It was fun taking the dough and turning it into pasta, but pretty expensive to not actually get to prepare the ingredients or cook them as anticipated.
