Had such a wonderful time. Chef Amy was very organized, and patient. Gave very clear instructions, and made the overall experience fun, and interesting. A great way to spend the evening having a nice glass of wine, and making your dinner. I would definitely participate in another class with Chef Amy.

Chef Amy has gained plenty of knowledge in her eight years in the culinary industry. Working as a chef in top restaurants, she has mastered crafting a variety of cuisines and innovative recipes. Chef Amy loves combining flavors to create something new and noteworthy, which has led her to open a plant-based ice cream business. Her passion for cooking is evident in the kitchen and she's excited to share that with new audiences.
