We had a a lovely time. Chef Amy was awesome. She not only knew her stuff, but was quick to work with us to make our meal even better. Gabby at the venue (San Dimas Wine Shop) was helpful and made sure the drinks were flowing. You sign up for a class, but it ends with a meal. I know that sounds obvious, but really the meal is half the fun. Sign up with someone you want to have dinner with and enjoy. Highly recommend. Would do again.

Attentive and explained the different steps well. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have each person make their own one portion pasta and then just cook it all together.

Chef Amy is an exceptional teacher. Clear instructions, engaged students and an optimal class size made this a truly enjoyable experience…..not to mention the delicious fruits of our labor. I highly recommend it.

This was such a fun experience! We had little to no experience with pasta making and Chef Amy made everything so easy! She’s incredibly patient and made the experience so enjoyable! Also, incredibly delicious!!

This class was a bit lackluster. There wasn't a real kitchen to cook in as it was held in a bar, and the meal was so simple that it didn't feel like I learned much. We made pasta from dough, and then added pepper and cheese. The chef didn't give us much instruction or teaching besides checking on our dough to make sure it was kneaded enough. The class didn't feel worth the price to me. Still a fun thing to do with friends, but I wouldn't recommend if you're hoping to really learn anything. I would suggest instead to host a cooking party at your home and watch a youtube video on how to make cacio e pepe.

My husband and I had a great time! The venue was small but very charming along with the staff. If you are looking for a new, fast, simple dish.. this is for you. Luckily the class is easy to follow along with so you can definitely try this at home. Would recommend this class!
