He’ll share his secrets for preparing homemade pasta and crafting a finished dish that tops your fresh creation with a classic creamy Alfredo sauce and Marinara sauce. Learn the finer points of preparing a flavorful Old World classic before breaking into teams for a pasta cook-off that gets the pot boiling!


Pasta Dough

With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water

Marinara Sauce

With crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano and salt

Alfredo Sauce

With heavy cream, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and flour

A few reasons for our Team Building rating for Pasta class. 1. We really didn’t know if Chef had washed his hands for the demonstration of making the pasta. 2. Some of the items we purchased as cheaper products-veggies, etc. 3. Some of the burners didn’t work properly. 4. We had paper plates & plastic silverware but no napkins? 5. The setting is too small to have this type of class in a brewery. We paid for a class of 10 but we only had 8 in total. So no tip should be required. Tip is you received $ with the 2 no shows.
