Team Building Activity: Preparing Impressive Pasta

In this engaging team building activity, you'll learn how to make delicious pasta using fresh ingredients. Chef Tiore will show you how to craft pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and olive oil. Knead your dough, cut it into shapes and cook it to perfection. Chef Tiore will also show you how to whip up Marinara and Alfredo sauces from scratch. Then, break into teams and create a unique pasta dish and work together to compete for the title of best pasta by adding mix-ins, such as chicken, shrimp and mushrooms.

Chef Tiore created a delicious and fun experience. She is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I took the sushi making course and everything was fresh, she walked through each step thoroughly with no expectations and demonstrated every step of the way. When I didn’t feel like I was getting it right she helped and helped me in how to improve for the next one. I will definitely take another course it was worth it!
