Team Building Activity: Tantalizing Taco Throw Down
Learn to cook the best taco in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Tiore will teach your team how to craft the perfect taco from scratch, starting with making fresh tortillas with masa harina, water and salt. Then, learn how to make assorted savory taco fillings that are sure to make your mouth water. Break into groups and compete to make the most unique tacos by using a variety of toppings, such as cheese, fresh salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Improve essential communication and collaboration skills while making your taco then enjoy your feast together.

Meet your chef
Chef Tiore's culinary enterprises and love of food and travel have taken her through her classical French culinary training, an apprenticeship in Paris and over 10 years of experience in catering kitchens and hotel restaurants, allowing her to cultivate her gourmet creativity. These experiences propelled her to begin her own personal chef and small events catering business and have assisted with developing a true appreciation and reverence for the food she loves to create. On top of all of the aprons she wears in the kitchen, Chef Tiore values taking the time to teach everyone and anyone, from novice to experienced cooks, and finds joy in bringing the love for food, friends and family, back to every table.
