The food was good, but I thought it would be more of a hands on cooking class. All we did was wrap the dumplings. We did jot do any of the cutting or cooking.

I was quite shocked upon arrival to find out it was in an outside bar place. No kitchen! It was so hot and everyone was sweating. Everyone who came in was just as surprised as I was. Everything was cooked on her hot plates she brought with her. The ad said “cook with” but we watched her cook the entire time except one small part at which we were rolling dough on the tables. The only positive thing I have to say about this class was that the chef was very nice and her sauce she made was good. I felt cheated out of what was supposed to be a fun experience and date night for me and my husband.

Armed with a certificate from Culinary Institute of America, she honed her skills in some of the most popular eateries in the region. Working diverse roles in the dining industry gave her insight into dining as all-encompassing experience, a philosophy that guides Chef Chelsea's culinary sessions for aspiring cooks.
