The class was great and the chef was very nice. The dumplings turned out amazing! The class was changed last minute, nothing to do with the chef, but It was very hard to get ahold of classpop to know what was going on.

This was not what was expected.. Cross contamination no sterile field to work. We did not get to actually prepare and cook the food. For the amount of money for the class for two people it was a rip off. This could have been done virtually… Chef was nice though. Would not ever recommend this as a real learning experience. This was a birthday gift that my children bought for us and it was waste if their money as I was a military cook… thought it should have been more engaging …. Most of the couples expressed disappointment for the evening….

The food was good, but I thought it would be more of a hands on cooking class. All we did was wrap the dumplings. We did jot do any of the cutting or cooking.

I was quite shocked upon arrival to find out it was in an outside bar place. No kitchen! It was so hot and everyone was sweating. Everyone who came in was just as surprised as I was. Everything was cooked on her hot plates she brought with her. The ad said “cook with” but we watched her cook the entire time except one small part at which we were rolling dough on the tables. The only positive thing I have to say about this class was that the chef was very nice and her sauce she made was good. I felt cheated out of what was supposed to be a fun experience and date night for me and my husband.
