Let world-class Chef Chelsea guide you through the art of Asian dumplings in this interactive cooking class. You'll start by mixing ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, scallions, a pinch of salt and a dash of soy sauce together in a bowl to create the filling. Then, you will place a small amount of this filling into the center of each wonton wrapper, fold the wrapper to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal. The dumplings will then be cooked for you to taste!

Chef wasn't prepared and didn't have anything planned for the group to prepare even though I spoke with her before hand to have guacamole ingredients. She couldn't manage the room.

Chelsea was great and had some amazing stories to share as she showed the group some great cooking techniques for making the Gnochii. We will definitely look out for her future classes and will book again!
