Team Building Activity: Team Building Cooking Competition

Join Chef Nadina for a fun and competitive team building activity. You and your group will bond as you learn how to create a four-course menu from scratch using fresh ingredients and professional techniques. Learn how to make shrimp ceviche with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and avocados and a roasted beet hummus tray. Each team will choose from spicy turkey meatballs, marinated carrots with spices, fried cauliflower or petite spinach quiche with feta. For dessert, enjoy white chocolate raspberry cups with brie and walnuts.

Shrimp Ceviche Cups 

With tomatoes, red onions, peppers, cucumbers and avocados


Roasted Beet Hummus Tray 

With celery, pita bread, carrots, cheese and cucumbers


Each Team Will Choose Two Dishes

Spicy turkey meatballs with lemongrass and jalapeños 

Marinated carrots with spices, oregano and garlic 

Fried cauliflower with breadcrumbs 

Petite spinach quiche with feta
