Cooking Class: Spectacular Sushi Rolls

In this hands-on sushi class with Chef Ricky, you will learn how to prepare three popular sushi rolls and more from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Japanese sushi-making techniques. 


Some of the sushi rolls you can look forward to crafting include a classic California roll, a spicy tuna roll with homemade aioli and a crunchy shrimp tempura roll with sweet soy glaze. Plus, you'll learn how to prepare a fruit sushi temari with cream cheese, strawberries, blueberries and kiwi for dessert!
