First, you’ll explore the nutritional benefits of the various types of omega-3s. Then, toss together a refreshing kale apple salad with lemon juice, dates and slivered almonds, before crafting an entrée of lemon dill salmon, seared shrimp and scallops, served with a side of fresh vegetables. And because heart-healthy eating can include sweet, wholesome indulgences, finish up with a very special chocolate mousse mini-cake.

With more than two decades of culinary experience behind her and enthusiasm for all things food, Chef Nadina brings passionate expertise to every project she undertakes. Her love for teaching the joys of cooking to budding chefs of all ages led her to create and operate a culinary school for kids and teens. As an integrated health coach, she also hosts classes that promote healthier cooking and eating habits.
