The mysteries of Tokyo-style ramen are solved in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shinya. Now you can easily prepare a variety of fresh, homemade ramen using high-quality ingredients any time you want!

You’ll learn each step in the ramen process in detail, from choosing the right ingredients and assembling your bowl. Then, you’ll create a savory broth, delicious chashu pork, a marinated soft-boiled egg known as ajitsuke tamago and spicy homemade rayu and put it all together in a ramen you can savor.

Such a great class with a lovely and very knowledgeable chef! Chef Shinya’s teaching style is very easy to follow and the sushi he taught us to make was absolutely delicious. Great energy all around. I would definitely recommend his class and would take another myself!

Chef Shinya has lots of industry experience, having worked as both a culinary instructor and chef trainer. He also formerly owned a restaurant that earned three stars from Seattle Times.
