The mysteries of Tokyo-style ramen are solved in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shinya. Now you can easily prepare a variety of fresh, homemade ramen using high-quality ingredients any time you want!


You’ll learn each step in the ramen process in detail, from choosing the right ingredients and assembling your bowl. Then, you’ll create a savory broth, delicious chasu pork, a marinated soft-boiled egg known as ajitsuke tamago and spicy homemade rayu and put it all together in a ramen you can savor.

Chef Shinya’s sushi class is a wonderful experience that my husband and I enjoyed very much. Would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to make sushi at home. Chef Shinya is a great teacher and wonderful host.
