Cooking Class: Japanese Vegan Dishes

Experience the rich culture of Japanese cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Fumiko. 


Across five courses, you'll dive into creating fundamental Japanese dishes using fresh ingredients and professional cooking skills. First, Chef Fumiko will begin with a tangy miso soup with mushrooms and vegetables. Then, you'll learn how to make an intricate vegan chirashi sushi roll filled with carrots, green beans, shiitake mushrooms and pickled daikon. You'll also learn how to prepare savory braised tofu and eggplant with soy sauce and a sweet fruit gelée for dessert.
