In this hands-on class with Chef Shinya, you will learn how to prepare authentic Japanese cuisine across an impressive display of six courses.
First, Chef Shinya will begin with some classic Japanese dishes, including a salty seasonal miso soup and a fresh field green and shredded cabbage salad. You'll also learn how to master the art of dumplings with hearty pork gyoza dumplings, as well as juicy shrimp gyoza dumplings stuffed with a variety of meats, cabbage and vegetables. You'll also learn to whip up takikomi gohan, a traditional Japanese rice dish, as a savory complement to your meal.
