Team Building Activity: Spanish Cuisine and Conversation

Chef James will introduce your group to the wonders of traditional Spanish cuisine in this collaborative team building activity. With his expert guidance, you'll create a starter selection that includes savory antipasti and a fresh and flavorful seasonal salad. Then, prepare an entrée of Spanish seafood paella, rich with prawns, clams, mussels and peppers. A silky Spanish cheesecake dessert finishes up a lesson filled with food, friends and team building moments to remember!

Spanish Olives 

With anchovies, a selection of artisan cheeses and Acme olive bread

May include little gem lettuce, orange segments, coarse sea salt, sherry vinegar and olio nuovo


Spanish Seafood Paella
