Join Chef Dirk on a culinary tour of France in this team building activity with Chef Dirk where you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course French menu featuring ingredients, recipes and techniques from various regions of France. To start, you and your team will work together to build a traditional French country salade à la Napoleon. Then, Chef Dirk will teach your team how to prepare a delicious one-dish chicken entrée dinner with seasonal vegetables, fresh tomatoes, baked half potatoes and herbs. Lastly, your team will finish this flavorful and fun team building experience by crafting a delectable pear dessert together.

This was one of the most fun nights out I've had in a long time, not to mention one of the best meals! Chef Dirk is an energetic, personable host and an outstanding cook. He was fully prepared, and once we arrived, we were off and running. Over the next 3 hours, we prepared and enjoyed several courses, each as delicious as the last. I'm inspired to try some of these recipes at home to try share with friends. Highly recommended!
