Chef James presents his unique variation on traditional gnocchi in this exciting cooking class. First, you'll create a lovely selection of antipiasti, including charcuterie with artisan cheeses, anchovies and olives, and a refreshing salad featuring market-chosen greens. Then, you'll learn to prepare Sardinian gnocchetti using semolina wheat flour instead of potato and a tomato and sausage sauce from a recipe created by Chef James himself. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in dolce la quesada topped with fresh local berries. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
