In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to handcraft Italian ravioli completely from scratch using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.
The beauty of handcrafted Italian ravioli is that there are three avenues for flavor: the dough, the filling, and the sauce. Chef Andrew will teach you the skills and techniques to prepare all three, including a bold aged goat cheese and basil filling as well as a sultry chicken and roasted garlic sauce to bring it all together.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
