Pottery Class: Team Building Pottery Workshop

This team building pottery class is a phenomenal way to get your crew together in an event that promotes relaxation, creativity and inspiration! Team building activities like these have been proven to increase productivity, boost morale and enhance communication. This beginner-friendly event will be led by Instructor Emily and her warm, welcoming, talented team.
Your group will get to learn the basics for wheel-throwing and hand-building with clay as Instructor Emily and her team teach about introductory pottery terminology, techniques and different tools. You'll get hands-on using a variety of wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques with clay, including slab, coil and pinch-potting.
The price includes the cost of clay and firing fees. All necessary tools and aprons will be provided. Participants will get to keep 2 - 4 pieces that they make.
Pots may take 2 weeks to be bisque fired. Participants can then come back within 60 days to glaze their pots. Glaze firing takes another 1-2 weeks. Tuesday and Thursday nights between 5:30-8:30 are glaze and pickup nights.

Had a blast playing with clay and made a few bowls that hopefully live through the kiln! Excited to go back and glaze our pieces and see the final result.
