Cooking Class: Mediterranean Four-Course Menu

Embark on a Mediterranean adventure with Chef Samantha as she shares authentic cooking techniques and cultural traditions from regions such as Greece, Italy, France and Lebanon. You'll begin by preparing baba ganoush with pita bread and a panzanella salad with fresh vegetables, basil and garlic. Your main entrée is savory halibut with fennel and saffron broth. End this Mediterranean meal with classic baklava with nuts, honey and phyllo dough.
