Photography Class: Composition in the Field - Lyndale Park Gardens
Improve composition skills in a photography class at Lyndale Park Gardens.
After a short introduction, you’ll practice using leading lines from pathways, framing with arches and foliage and applying the rule of thirds to balance bold blooms with open space. The instructor also covers patterns, repetition and color contrast, along with techniques like filling the frame and shooting from fresh angles. It’s about slowing down and seeing differently. With plenty of hands-on practice, your visual instincts quickly improve. By the end, your photos feel polished, dynamic and far more intentional than casual snapshots.

Richard patiently walked us through the steps and gave great instruction. I finally know how to navigate my camera that I've been using on auto for ten years. I'd definitely recommend this course to others
