Join Chef Federico on a fun team building activity with a bit of friendly competition built in. You and your group will divide into four teams to see who can create the best dish using the given ingredients. You'll receive a mystery basket for each course, one each for appetizers, salads, entrées and desserts. Entrées include a choice of vegetable stew, pasta, meat or fish. Dessert is made up of chocolate, heavy cream, eggs, coffee and berries.
Chef Federico developed his passion for cooking as a teenager in Italy, where he began his career as a waiter before working his way up to commercial restaurant manager. He continued on his culinary path after moving to the U.S. and now shares his skills with others in a variety of gastronomic experiences.
