Chef Federico leads you and your group on this team building activity using time-honored Italian recipes and traditional techniques. You'll begin by learning how to build a hearty Mediterranean panzanella salad with crunchy bread cubes, tomatoes and cucumbers. Next comes perfectly light and airy pillow-shaped potato gnocchi with tuna and a rich tomato sauce. Dessert is a sweet and velvety chocolate mousse with heavy whipping cream.
