Join Chef Federico in this competition-style team building activity where you'll work together to create a winning dish. Your group will split into groups and draw from a bowl to determine which dish you'll prepare together. You'll have two hours to create the tastiest and best-looking winning dish. Possible dishes include a farmer's salad with homemade croutons and fresh vegetables, oven-baked spinach and ricotta croquettes, a vegetable quiche or a meat dish. Dessert is white chocolate tarts with pasta frolla and berries.
Chef Federico developed his passion for cooking as a teenager in Italy, where he began his career as a waiter before working his way up to commercial restaurant manager. He continued on his culinary path after moving to the U.S. and now shares his skills with others in a variety of gastronomic experiences.
