Bring the fresh flavors of Italian seafood to life with recipes that are delicious and easy to create. Let Chef Landi guide you through a three-course menu that's simple yet elevated in this hands-on cooking class. 


First, you’ll create a rich mushroom soup made with marsala wine and cream and seasoned with garlic, onions and thyme. Then, prepare linguini with fresh clams and crab with fresh tomatoes and white wine sauce. Wrap up your lesson with the sweet surprise of chocolate and strawberry crêpes stuffed with ricotta. A satisfying in-person cooking experience from start to finish!

I truly loved the experience. Chief Landi was prepared, professional, passionate, and accommodating. He welcomed all questions and took his time answering questions. He was entertaining and a good storyteller. He demonstrated many cooking techniques and allowed the opportunity to perform the techniques during meal preparation. I can’t wait to schedule another date and time again.

Chef Landi's career began over 20 years ago in Italy, where he started as a server before quickly advancing to the kitchen. The skills he learned there were fundamental to his success as a chef. He discovered a passion for teaching after relocating to the U.S. in 2001 where he continues his dual career as a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and an acclaimed culinary instructor.
