Begin with a kale salad topped with fried oysters, spiced pecans and raspberry-lime vinaigrette before moving on to an entrée of succulent roast lamb loin dressed with creamy tzatziki, served with tabbouleh and a pita cornucopia. The zesty citrus zing of a perfect lemon panna cotta closes down the experience with all the sweetness of a coastal sunset.
