Cooking Class: Dinner Table Classics
Enjoy homecooked classics in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michael.
Across three courses, you'll master the techniques needed to recreate traditional dishes in the comforts of your own home. You'll start by preparing a light and tangy strawberry field salad with apples, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and strawberry vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to create a lavish butter-basted bone-in pork chop paired with fingerling potatoes, and Brussels sprouts with a red wine reduction. Finish class on a sweet note with a light and creamy crème brûlée for dessert.

We loved our class with Chef Michael - we both learned so much, from the fundamentals of knife skills to more advanced cooking techniques. It was great to hear about him and his wife's culinary journies, and was a great afternoon! Thanks again! - Megan & Andrew
