Explore the wonderful world of handmade sushi with the help of an experienced guide in this cooking class with Chef Craig. He will teach you how to make two types of rolls that look complicated but are actually pretty easy to prepare.
Start with a classic California roll, which features a wrap of nori seaweed and rice filled with cucumber and imitation crab. Next, create an ahi tuna roll with a kick of spicy mayonnaise and scallions.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
