Join Sommelier Casleah in this virtual wine tasting for an interactive experience sampling three wines from around the world alongside their carefully selected cheese pairs. In this informative and exciting class, you'll learn all about why certain wines are paired with specific cheeses. You'll then experience what makes them work so well together as you enjoy crisp sauvignon blanc paired with tangy goat cheese before moving on to robust cabernet sauvignon served with aged cheddar or gouda, and ending with a sweet French wine, Sauternes, partnered with bleu cheese.

“During the evolving times of COVID-19 Casleah has shifted to hosting virtual wine tasting events, and they’ve been just as amazing as in-person! I’ve now hosted two separate virtual wine tastings with my clients, and Casleah has blown me away both times. She’s captivating, incredibly knowledgeable, and is great at getting everyone in the group involved and participating. My clients were all very impressed and all noted afterwards how much fun they had (and how tasty the wine was). Sommelier Casleah is a certified sommelier with more than five years of experience in the wine industry, including being a floor sommelier for a Michelin-starred chef and hosting sold-out events throughout Napa Valley. She strives to make wine fun and approachable while hosting wine events and private in-home and virtual wine tastings. Sommelier Casleah also has her own wine label and a monthly wine club that showcases small production and sustainably farmed wines.
