During this live and interactive virtual whiskey tasting with Scotch Steward Kirsty, you will explore four different types of whiskey — bourbon, scotch, rye and Irish whiskey. Scotch Steward Kirsty will discuss the history, tradition, culture and flavor profiles of each whiskey as well as the proper way to taste and analyze a spirit's flavor profile. You will also learn how to create four different cocktails that are suited to each type of whiskey.
With mint, sugar and bourbon
With rye whiskey, sugar and bitters
With scotch, soda water and lemon
With Irish whiskey, coffee, cream and sugar
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.
