Virtual Cooking Class: Spanish Tapas and Toppings

Get ready to sharpen your kitchen skills by using multiple knives and cutting techniques in this virtual cooking class. Chef Robert will share his expertise by teaching you to prepare a gourmet meal of Spanish tapas. You'll begin with a crisp arugula and radicchio salad with fruit and wonton skins topped with a mustard vinaigrette with red wine vinegar and olive oil. The main course is roasted patatas bravas drizzled with homemade red chili crema. You'll also make garlic chili Argentine shrimp with a spicy blend of Fresno chiles, parsley and oregano.
