Online Cooking Class: Plant-Based Burgers and Street Tacos

Whether you're fully vegan or just tipping your toe in the water, this live online cooking class with Chef Megan will help you learn the ropes of plant-based cooking.

She will show you how to prepare two vegan dishes that are so tasty, you definitely won't miss the meat, dairy or eggs. Start off with a healthy, homemade vegetable burger made with sweet potatoes and beans. This virtual cooking class will also teach you how to make spicy tacos filled with meaty pulled jackfruit and a chipotle adobo sauce as your final dish.

Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Serve tacos with: Small corn or flour tortillas, sliced avocado, shredded purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and limes

I could not have wished for a better birthday dinner for my wife than to have spent it with Chef Megan. The preparation tips and tricks alone were worth it. Add to that a dinner that was absolutely delicious and fun conversation that entertained us all for the evening. Book a visit with Chef Megan and you will not be disappointed. WOW! I laughed and learned a lot. Chef Megan is not only an amazing chef, but she has a great sense of humor. Her classes are fun and funny. I avoided eating my veggie because they were always so bland. Now I know how to make them crunchy and tasty. And her recipes were so easy to learn. Definitely take her classes!
