Whether you're fully vegan or just tipping your toe in the water, this live online cooking class with Chef Megan will help you learn the ropes of plant-based cooking.
She will show you how to prepare two vegan dishes that are so tasty, you definitely won't miss the meat, dairy or eggs. Start off with a healthy, homemade vegetable burger made with sweet potatoes and beans. This virtual cooking class will also teach you how to make spicy tacos filled with meaty pulled jackfruit and a chipotle adobo sauce as your final dish.

Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds

Brioche hamburger buns
Top burgers with: Tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, mayonnaise or avocado
Can of green jackfruit in waterAvocado oil

Serve tacos with: Small corn or flour tortillas, sliced avocado, shredded purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and limes
