Empanadas are a popular snack across most Caribbean countries, the Dominica Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Spain. They can be filled with a variety of ingredients, from meat to vegetables to cheese.
In this cooking class with Chef Chris, you will learn to make both cheese and beef empanadas from scratch. The former will be simple, and the latter more complex, featuring meat, eggs, onions and raisins.
