Chef Chris
Chef Chris' career began in the 1990s as a promotional director for nightclubs, yacht parties and hotspots in NYC. In 2008, he launched a restaurant in Queens as the owner and chef, which was featured on Food Network Canada and in The New York Times. Chef Chris sold his restaurant in 2015 to focus on crafting a series of TV reality shows, and is currently a restaurateur consultant, and private chef for celebrity and media events.

This was my first experience with a cooking class, and I am incredibly happy that it was with Chef Chris! Chef Chris made the entire experience fun and educational & the dish was delicious. I would absolutely join another class of his in the future! Thanks for a great time.

Chef Chris Dreams was a dream to work with! He is an incredibly knowledgeable chef with witty, charismatic personality. As an instructor, Chef Chris included the whole room and made cooking fun for even the most inexperienced students.
I would highly recommend Chris!

Called to cancel the event less than 20 minutes before the event. Manager of restaurant claimed to not know there was an event of any kind going on.

Chef Chris was amazing! Was extremely personable and charismatic. I wish we would’ve had another 2 hours with the chef. The class was very insightful and everyone was able to participate and have a part in the meal. Will definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make a classic dish that would please everyone.

Chef Chris was wonderful. He had very good knowledge of cooking skills and had such an engaging personality. He let all 12 of us take turns in helping to prepare the meal. We learned some great cooking tips and skills. We would definitely take another cooking class with Chris and recommend him to others.
