First, you'll prepare a zesty chickpea and tomato salad with lemon and parsley. Then, Chef Inga will teach you how to build oven-baked zucchini boats stuffed with a juicy shrimp, mozzarella and bread crumb filling. After enjoying these two delicious and nutritious dishes, you'll end your meal with a dreamy mango and nut Greek yogurt parfait topped with brown sugar and almonds.

This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
