First, Chef Pao will teach you how to create a refreshing Japanese green salad with tangy Asian dressing. Next, you'll learn how to master an impressive array of sushi rolls, including a salmon avocado roll, California roll, spicy tuna roll and nigiri. End dinner on a sweet note with a creamy Japanese cheesecake paired with a unique, squishy mochi ice cream, a Japanese favorite!

Learning how to make sushi from Chef Pao was so fun. He is very organized and calm, and when he starts teaching about sushi you can clearly see how passionate he is about it. I can't wait to recreate everything I learned during our time together!

His passion for sushi began when he worked as a sushi chef in St. Paul, mastering and perfecting his skills and plating techniques.
