Cooking Class: Enticing Ethiopian Appetizers

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi, you’ll craft classic Ethiopian appetizers that explode with complex, unique flavors. You’ll make an eclectic assortment of dishes, from sumptuous samosas to delightful egg rolls. Chef Mimi will also teach you how to make a zesty and addictive dipping sauce with red pepper and garlic. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Her long list of experience includes teaching cooking at community education classes in Minnesota as well as leading cooking classes around the Midwest and Southwest. Chef Mimi's culinary expertise spans cultures and includes everything from Mediterranean to Asian to southern food.
