Tapas are a favorite in Spanish cuisine, with a world of variations to choose from. In this in-person cooking class with Chef Iain, you’ll construct your own five-course menu of traditional tapas favorites with some exciting twists added. 


Chef Iain’s exciting spin on flavor comes through in every course as you learn to create a savory shrimp and white bean flatbread, a healthful spinach and sweet potato tortilla, smoky stuffed Spanish peppers, bacon-wrapped dates loaded with chorizo and zucchini patties served with a zesty tomato marmalade.
