In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jocelyn, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu of New American recipes showcasing gourmet flair and upscale twists.
You'll begin by creating a classic wedge salad with a BLT upgrade before moving onto the main course: an angus beef burger topped with brie and red wine onion confit and served on a brioche bun. Lastly, you'll give an all-American apple pie a makeover in the form of a decadent galette drizzled with spiced salted caramel.

It was clear that Chef Jocelyn was an experienced professional from the beginning of our class. Chef Jocelyn is a diverse chef with experience across a wide range of roles and cuisines. After graduating from culinary school, she spent time traveling and honing her craft. She has worked with a number of world-renowned venues including a five-star resort in Dubai and several Michelin-starred restaurants in Las Vegas. Thanks to her extensive background, Chef Jocelyn is one of Nevada's most skilled chefs and culinary instructors.
